Annoying phone call. When the call is answered, there is no reply on the other end, just an open connection.

I am tired of this crap they have been doing this for like a month and a half. Leave me alone. My uncle is a police officer and said if i was in trouble i would be notified in person and served. the guy calling has an middle eastern accent and always has an american name. same person if i really was in trouble why havent they done anything yet. Leave me alone. My next step is to call the law on them.

this number shows up on my bill as a Bell bill detailed number...never heard of it and it charged my phone bill $50 which I am NOT going to pay for.
